What do the symbols next to the input fields mean?

A green tick indicates that the entry of the field is either correct or not mandatory.

A red cross symbolizes a missing or incorrect entry. Hover over the error icon for a brief description of the problem.

Furthermore, a short description of the field can be reached via the help symbol (help text) next to the field description on the left side.

What should I write in my ad?

 In the description of the advertisement you can deposit all important information about your product. How do I choose the right category for my product?

How do I choose the item location on a map?

In addition to specifying the article location as an address, the selection on a map is also possible. In the input area "Article location" there is a link at the bottom with the caption "Show map". Clicking on this link opens an area map of the specified location (if specified).On the left edge of the map are the controls with which you can enlarge, reduce and move the map section. How do I upload product images?

To add an image, click on the "Browse" button on the left side of the form, on the right side you will find the most important information about your product.
 
After clicking on the "Browse" button you will receive a selection dialog with which you can select an image from your computer and upload it as an article image.
 
If you have accidentally uploaded a wrong picture you can remove it via the link "delete" directly below the corresponding picture.
 
 
 
If you have uploaded several images, you can define an image as a "standard image", which is used as a preview image for the list view of the ads and is also displayed by default when viewing the ad at the beginning.
